The concept is rooted in a direct connection with the ocean, where it becomes more than just a view and turns into an integral part of the living experience. The images represent the different nuances of the beach, translated into colors, textures, and sensations. The proposal is to bring this atmosphere indoors, creating a seamless continuity between interior and exterior, as an extension of the natural landscape. This way, the apartment becomes a light, fluid, and connected space, where everyday life unfolds in constant dialogue with the sea.

The elevator foyer conveys visual comfort through natural oak wood, with light tones that evoke the warmth and calm of the beach. The console table with fluted base and the backlit paneling create a refined first impression as you step off the elevator.

The wall behind the TV is fully clad in textured ribbed porcelain tile by Portobello, the same material used in the powder room and the bar wall, ensuring connection and continuity between the spaces.
One of the technical highlights is the large woodwork frame with natural oak finish, designed to conceal the existing air conditioning piping. The solution transforms a technical necessity into an intentional design element, creating an elegant technical box integrated into the project.
The tensioned screen enhances the lighting and creates a sense of depth, while the metal shelves, in steel fabrication, are suspended and supported by steel cables, bringing lightness and sophistication to the composition.
The mirror expands the dining area and allows you to once again contemplate the sea, a suggestion from Bruna that delivered an incredible result. It creates the feeling of a 360 degree apartment, expanding the perception of the spaces and the view.
The pendant lights, designed by lighting designer Waldir Junior, Canova model, stand out for their backlit natural stone interior and matte metal finish.
The round table, with a rotating center, makes access and everyday use easier. Its Roman travertine top reinforces the sophistication of the space.

The countertop composition integrates into a contemporary bar, fully crafted in stone, creating a striking element in the space. The internal lighting highlights the drinks and creates the perfect atmosphere for evening moments, with a softer, welcoming, and relaxing glow.
Stainless steel equipment with cutting edge technology, combining exceptional performance with contemporary aesthetics. A minibar and wine cooler are concealed within the cabinetry.
Cabinetry with natural leather doors and sophisticated details on the handles, plus a password protected drawer for storing the cigar collection.
Champagne cooler designed for chilled drinks and celebratory moments. The carved basin adds practicality, preventing wet countertops since the ice stays contained inside, with direct drainage connection, ensuring functionality and elegance.
The olive tree is an ancient symbol of peace, wisdom, and renewal. It represents prosperity, longevity, and hope, and is associated with balance and harmony. The olive tree can be watered every 15 days, as the species prefers drier soil. An automated irrigation system can also be adapted, ensuring practicality and the ideal balance of moisture.
Boldness defines this space. The sculpted Travertine Silver basin stands out as the central element, while the faucet descending from the ceiling creates a surprising and sophisticated architectural gesture.
The walls, fully clad in Portobello porcelain tile, add texture and ensure high durability and easy maintenance for the powder room. At the joint between the slabs, grout is eliminated and replaced by a recessed line with cove lighting, creating a warm and contemporary atmosphere.
The mirror departs from the traditional standard and extends along the entire right side wall, expanding the sense of space and reinforcing the originality of the design.
A space designed for the contemplation of architecture, awakening new perceptions and challenging the senses.
Several options were proposed for this space, considering different configurations and needs. The countertop area is treated as an essential element in the laundry room design, ensuring practicality, organization, and efficiency in the use of the space.
Enhancing this space is also one of the pillars of our projects. We seek to create a sense of comfort and coziness, combined with a unique language that connects harmoniously with the rest of the apartment.
An Oasis of Tranquility
The spacious bedroom is designed to provide comfort and well being. The natural wood headboard with rattan mesh adds texture and warmth. The generous layout is enhanced by panoramic windows that capture abundant natural light and reveal inspiring ocean views. Beside the bed, a curved, minimalist sofa bed completes the composition with lightness and elegance.

A cozy and sophisticated concept, based on a neutral palette and warm tones that enhance the feeling of calm and well being. Natural elements, such as cane detailing and soft textiles, add texture and comfort. The ocean view completes the concept, increasing natural light and transforming the environment into a serene and balanced retreat.

This bedroom is conceived as a small refuge within the master suite, designed to embrace and soothe. The concept revolves around a playful and sensory environment, where soft shapes and indirect lighting create an atmosphere of tranquility, almost like a space that surrounds and protects the child.

Meanwhile, organic elements, such as wavy lines and light cabinetry, subtly and delicately stimulate imagination. Natural Wood
The apartment's social entry conveys visual comfort through natural oak wood, with light tones that evoke the warmth and calm of the beach. Taking advantage of the existing central opening in the drywall ceiling, a stretched fabric membrane was incorporated, enhancing brightness and creating a soft lighting effect. The result is a brighter, more welcoming hall with a strong impact from the moment you arrive.
Signature Design
All the pendant lights and sconces in the apartment are designed by lighting designer Waldir Junior, from Santa Catarina, with a technical and delicate eye. Manufactured in Brazil.
Works of Art
There are 9 hand painted canvases, each representing a unique moment of the sea. Just like the ocean itself, the composition reveals its constant changes, never the same, always transforming.
